Force Field Analysis can be used in many situations. They can help individuals make decisions and plan for changes and they can help students organise their thoughts for a debate or essay.

The arrows can be resized to indicate the strength of the force.
In order to make changes, driving forces need to be strengthened, restraining forces need to be weakened.
