All our students get an IEP and so the format is little different to an IEP in a mainstream school. Each student has a target for each term in each of four areas - social & life skills, developing learning, confidence & self-esteem, and preparing for return to college, school or work. We've been experimenting with a few different formats and might change the areas to fit in with Every Child Matters
